Kimberly Pearson, worked as the Nature Conservancy of Canada's (NCC's) Waterton Park Front program manager from 2004-2014.

She has lived in the Waterton area since 1997, where she has also worked on various wildlife and conservation projects for Parks Canada, the Southern Alberta Land Trust Society and Alberta Fish and Wildlife. Kim received her B.Sc. in Environmental and Conservation Sciences at the University of Alberta. She studied the effects of introduced fish on long-toed salamanders (one of her favourite creatures) in the Waterton area as part of her M.Sc. at the University of Lethbridge.

Having grown up primarily in Alberta’s urban landscapes, she is happy to have re-established her family’s rural roots. Her children are sixth-generation contributors to the Waterton area community.
