Ren Ferguson

Ren (formerly Karen) Ferguson is an avian survey specialist, nature soundscape recordist and naturalist living on Salt Spring Island, BC.

"The times I spend being present to the natural world and observing with all my senses are when I feel most alive and connected. I enjoy recording — to capture pristine natural soundscapes (ones without human-made sound), and to share them with others to increase awareness and appreciation for nature’s many voices."
