Our presenter
Jeff Evans, Certified Financial Planner
Jeff Evans has had the privilege of guiding individuals, families and business owners with their financial affairs for over 25 years. During this time, he has developed a passion and an expertise for educating and motivating Canadians with strategic financial planning strategies. These strategies have helped them to redirect millions of tax dollars from the Canada Revenue Agency to charitable causes that are deeply meaningful to them.
Since 1999, Jeff has held the Certified Financial Planner® designation and has appeared on Global National TV and News Talk 770 CHQR radio in Calgary. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners and is a past member of Rotary. His personal philanthropic efforts have also extended to maintaining a family foundation that will eventually involve the next generation of his family.
Jeff and his wife, Paula, have been married for over 30 years, making their home in the Sundance neighbourhood of Calgary with their Maltese and Pomeranian dogs, Max and Gia, who apparently rule the family! They are also blessed to live close to their two adult children, Josh and Alexandra. Jeff’s interests include music, which can be traced back to his classical percussion training and membership in a rock band. He is also passionate (Paula might say obsessive) about his golf game and loves to spend time at Priddis Greens Golf and Country Club in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
