Annie Lam joined the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) as chief financial officer in August 2023. She is responsible for strategic leadership of the finance function to facilitate NCC’s bold goals for growth and environment leadership.

She brings over 25 years of finance leadership experience and was most recently the CFO at Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology, where she led finance, procurement, treasury and administration. She held progressive finance leadership roles in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors including Ontario Lotteries and Gaming Corporation, Canada Health Infoway and Bell Canada. Annie holds both the CPA, CMA and CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional) credentials, along with a bachelors of business administration (Honours) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also holds an EMBA from Queen’s University.

In her spare time, Annie enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing and outdoor activities with family and friends. She is pleased to join NCC and work alongside nature-minded people with the common goal of building a thriving world with nature.
