Craig Losos joined the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) in fall 2021 to lead the new Nature + Climate Projects Accelerator (N+CPA) group. This team will leverage innovative finance tools toward furthering NCC’s core conservation mission. NCC and N+CPA offer a unique vehicle to deliver exciting conservation work combined with nature-based solutions and positive climate outcomes.

Prior to his time at NCC, Craig led environment teams at TC Energy on large projects in BC, Alberta and Quebec through client interface, stakeholder relations and Indigenous engagement. Prior to TC Energy, Craig led habitat restoration projects at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. His early career was in environmental consulting with Stantec, where he worked on projects in coastal BC, Ontario and the Canadian Arctic.

Craig is based out of Calgary, Alberta, and Invermere, BC. He spends as much time as possible outdoors hiking, biking and skiing, and is an avid backcountry camper, birdwatcher and paddler.
