Aidan O'Brien

Aidan O’Brien joined the Nature Conservancy of Canada team as a conservation technician in April 2018. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in conservation biology, biodiversity and anthropology. His passion for land and water protection stems from his time at the Ontario Heritage Trust, the non-profit environmental agency Earthroots, and as a stewardship ranger in the backcountry of Algonquin Park.

Aidan spends his spare time gardening, cooking and camping. In the future, Aidan hopes to contribute to conservation in Canada by studying and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
