Beth Brooks, Jacob Read and Jenna Cowie

Beth Brooks, Jacob Read and Jenna Cowie worked with the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) as conservation interns in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in the summer of 2019.  They worked directly with NCC Conservation Biologist Allison Patrick, monitoring NCC nature reserves for invasive species, rare plants and birds. The interns also collected data on forest restoration activities,  assisted with wetland surveys and ecosystem classification for new properties and cleaned up garbage on NCC lands.
