Courtney le Roux
Courtney le Roux has been volunteering in conservation efforts since 2012, when she packed her bags and set off on a mission to help save desert elephants in Namibia. After her first taste of conservation, of seeing what a small group of people could accomplish together for a common goal, there was no turning back. She returned to Namibia again in 2013, after which she worked in conservation of endangered species in South Africa. Having returned to Canada, she is pursuing her love of the natural world through university, studying wildlife conservation. It is her hope to be able to dedicate all of her time to the conservation of our world and all of the creatures we share it with.
