Jeremy Hogan

Jeremy Hogan is NCC’s Director of Prairie Grassland Conservation, overseeing the Prairie Grasslands Action Plan as well as NCC’s work within the Weston Family Prairie Grasslands Initiative.

Jeremy holds an MA in anthropology (primatology) and a BSc in biology, and was fortunate to work in wildlife research with the University of Calgary for many years.

Through this work he experienced first-hand the importance and efficacy of land-based conservation initiatives, and was thrilled to join NCC in 2022 to further such efforts. A born and raised Calgarian, Jeremy loves any excuse to get outside, whether hiking, cycling, skiing (cross-country and downhill), or just letting the kids run around!
