Matthew Gasner
Matthew Gasner is the assistant conservation biologist with the Nature Conservancy of Canada's Manitoba Region. He has over a decade of field and teaching experience in both temperate and tropical settings. His MSc research focused on the potential impacts of climate change on cloud forest bird communities in Costa Rica. He also taught conservation biology and sustainability courses for undergraduate study abroad students in Costa Rica. Matt has worked as a field technician in Manitoba, Indiana and Texas to assist surveys of various human impacts on bird communities.
