Sophie Arbour

Sophie Arbour was a communications and marketing coordinator in the Nature Conservancy of Canada’s Quebec Region.

She completed a specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in media, culture and technology at the University of Montreal in 2018. She particularly enjoys writing, researching and analyzing.

Her strong interest in conservation was awakened when she started taking daily walks in parks in the Greater Montreal Area. She now firmly believes that a walk in nature is one of the most powerful things one can do.
