Stephanie Jouvet

Stephanie Jouvet is currently studying Geographic Information Systems at Selkirk College in Castlegar, BC.

She was born and raised in Banff, AB, where her love for recreating outdoors cultivated her interest in protecting wild spaces. Previously, she completed the recreation, fish and wildlife diploma at the same institute, which led to employment opportunities with Parks Canada as a fire and vegetation student field technician and the Selkirk Geospatial Research Centre (SGRC) as a student whitebark pine researcher. Upon graduation, she strives to integrate her passion for the environment by working toward a career in resource conservation.
