The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is proud to have been named as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW) for 2024. NCC has received this prestigious award since 2017, based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working here. NCC’s profile on GPTW can be viewed here.

As an employer, NCC is a top choice for individuals wishing to make a tangible contribution to nature and climate. We work with purpose. In our 2023 survey, more than 85 per cent of employees said their work has special meaning: this is not “just a job.”

In 2024, NCC was named to two GPTW lists: 2024 Best Workplaces™ in Government & Social Services and 2024 Best Workplaces™ for Giving Back. GPTW lists are based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by GPTW. To be eligible for these lists, organizations must be GPTW-Certified and have exceptionally high scores from employees.

NCC strives to foster a supportive work environment and culture. Employees are offered a flexible work model, including remote/hybrid work arrangements, to support the inclusive recruitment of talent across many locations within Canada.

Our employees are to thank for getting us here. As participants in the GPTW survey for eight years and through our annual action plans, NCC is committed to continually improving and building an environment that all employees can call a great place to work.
