Suzie O’Bomsawin

Suzie O'Bomsawin is an Abenaki from Odanak. She is currently the Assistant General Manager responsible for human resources at the Conseil des Abénakis d'Odanak. Suzie has held the ASC designation since June 8, 2020. She also holds an MBA and an integrated bachelor's degree in economics and politics from Université Laval. She is actively involved with various organizations, notably as an independent director with Sépaq, a member of Parks Canada's Aboriginal Stewardship Circle, co-chair of the Université de Sherbrooke's Institutional Committee for Aboriginal Peoples, and a member of the Bishop's University Board of Governors.
