Marie-Andrée Boisvert joined the Nature Conservancy of Canada in 2022 and is a biologist and the director of the eastern Quebec area.
Previously director general of the Organisme de bassins versants de la zone du Chêne, and an environmental and land-use consultant for the Communauté métropolitaine de Québec, Marie-Andrée has led various projects to protect and enhance Canada’s natural heritage. Her experience makes her an experienced resource for advancing nature conservation with a variety of partners, including municipal stakeholders.
Marie-Andrée’s willingness to act, her ability to propose solutions and the importance she places on moving forward with consensus make her an ally of choice for nature.
