EPCOR
Empowering the next generation of conservation leaders is crucial for addressing the environmental challenges we face. The Nature Conservancy of Canada’s (NCC’s) internship program plays an important role by offering diverse opportunities across fields such as conservation, GIS mapping, finance and community engagement. These positions provide aspiring individuals with valuable hands-on experience while supporting NCC’s essential conservation initiatives, such as research, habitat restoration, community outreach, the Conservation Volunteers program and much more.
NCC’s Conservation Interns play a vital role in helping us achieve our conservation goals. Through their dedicated efforts, they contribute to the completion of significant initiatives that help conserve, maintain and restore natural habitats across Alberta. Thanks to EPCOR's steadfast support, interns in Alberta are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to become future stewards of our natural landscapes.
EPCOR's commitment extends beyond internship support to include the sponsorship of Conservation Volunteer events throughout Alberta's capital region. This investment not only enhances local biodiversity and ecosystems but also fosters a deeper connection between communities and their natural surroundings.
Together with EPCOR, we are building a future where nature thrives and Canada’s natural heritage is conserved for generations to come. Thank you, EPCOR, for empowering the leaders of tomorrow and making a lasting impact on our environment.
