Foundations and organizations
Foundations and organizations partner with us to turn shared priorities into measurable, lasting conservation outcomes. We bring conservation expertise, evidence, cross-sector collaboration and long-term stewardship to partnerships designed around your mission and the impact you want to achieve.
Turn your investment into greater conservation impact
Your investment can do more than fund a single project. The Nature Conservancy of Canada works with foundations and organizations to align funding with shared priorities, leverage public and private support, and deliver measurable outcomes with clear reporting and long-term stewardship. Together, we can advance large-scale conservation, support Indigenous-led initiatives, generate and apply new knowledge, and adapt our approach as we learn what works. This helps extend impact beyond individual projects and strengthen conservation over time.
Our foundation and organization partners
Foundations and organizations with diverse missions partner with us around shared conservation priorities. Together, we combine funding, knowledge and expertise to deliver measurable outcomes and strengthen conservation over time.
Partner spotlight: Weston Family Foundation
The Weston Family Foundation and the Nature Conservancy of Canada work together to advance conservation on the ground while strengthening the knowledge and leadership that make it more effective. Through this partnership, we are protecting important landscapes, advancing applied research and supporting the next generation of conservation leaders.
Weston Family Prairie Grasslands Initiative
Through the Weston Family Prairie Grasslands Initiative, the Nature Conservancy of Canada works with the Foundation and land-managing partners to protect and steward one of Canada’s most threatened ecosystems: native grasslands. The initiative supports habitat protection, stewardship and restoration, helping sustain biodiversity across the Prairies for the long term.
Weston Family Conservation Science Fellowship Program
The Weston Family Conservation Science Fellowship Program supports graduate students conducting Nature Conservancy of Canada priority research across Canada. Their work helps answer important conservation questions, improve how natural areas and species are managed, and develop the next generation of applied conservation science leaders.
Put your mission into action for nature
Whether your priorities are conservation, research, knowledge sharing or leadership development, we can shape a partnership around your mission. Together, we define clear outcomes, measure progress and steward your investment responsibly for lasting impact.
